10,000 Steps

So I have gained weight.  I now weigh one hundred and ______ pounds!  So Kara bought me a pedometer that counts the number of steps you are supposed to take per day.  They recommend taking 10,000 steps per day.  So far my average had been around 3000 and today I only made 2344!  No wonder I gained weight.  Oh well, as soon as I lose my first ten pounds I’ll tell you what my starting weight is!

  • 10,000 steps is a lot. Aim for 5,000 steps to start, and then you’ll be there in no time! Keep up the good work, little lady!
